Deep Tissue Massage
Applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia, a variety of techniques will be used including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, soft tissue release, and muscle energy techniques.
This treatment is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas, clients who are suffering from pain and/or injuries or for those who prefer a firmer massage.

Wood Therapy /Body Contouring
This innovative massage technique not only aids the lymphatic system but also works wonders in breaking down fat and cellulite, while promoting blood circulation and smoothing the skin. The result? A refreshed, relaxed, and toned body without invasive procedures or harm to your skin or tissue.
Wood therapy, also known as Maderotherapy, is a dynamic massage technique that uses repetitive movements and wooden handheld tools like rolling pins and vacuum-suction cups to enhance and firm your body shape, targeting areas of muscle, fat and cellulite, stimulating the lymphatic drainage system to remove unnecessary water, fat and toxins from the body.
For BEST results a series of 5-10 treatments is recommended with appointments scheduled every 7-10 days.
Please note that this is a fast-paced and vigorous massage style designed to sculpt your body naturally, you be be required to move from a lying position to a seated position depending on the tools used and areas to be worked.
