Service Description

Applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of Muscle and Fascia. I use a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacsial Release, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques. This treatment is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas or clients who are suffering from pain and/or injuries.
